Hanoi, 10th December 2011. Today marks the 63rd anniversary of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights. These are rights that many of us take for granted: the right to marry and have a family, the right to an education, the right to not be held in slavery, and the right to shelter. Much of the world will probably do little to recognize the anniversary, because they live with these rights every day. But for many, this is not the case.
